Organizing Committee, please send us by e-mail Batumi2011@gmail.com before July 5 your accommodation choice - the hotel name and the type of room (single, double, triple, and
also if you would like to share a room with other participants),
number of accompanying persons and exact dates of arrival and departure.
We
will send a corresponding invoice to you by July
15 with detailed payment information.
