The Conference will be held on August 24-28, 2020, in Batumi, Black Sea resort of Georgia. The Conference venue: Shota Rustaveli State University (Batumi).
Conference sections and chairs:
Thematic Minisymposia: Participants wishing to organize minisymposia are invited to send applications with a title and a description of the topic (approx. half a page) before May 31, 2020 to conferences.gmu@gmail.com. To launch a minisymposium there should be at least five speakers.
Conference fee is 100 EUR.
All participants, including organizers and invited speakers, should pay conference fee.
Registration and abstract submission: Visit, please, the conference website www.gmu.gtu.ge/Batumi2020 for registration and submit a LaTeX-source and PDF files of an abstract before July 15, 2020.
Important remarks:
(You may complete registration after 31 July but the abstracts will not be published in the Book of Abstracts. However, after late registration, your abstract can be included in the electronic version of the Book of Abstracts on the conference website).
LaTex abstracts should be prepared according to the standard template file and should not exceed 1 page. We kindly ask you to follow the rules, indicated in the template file. The abstract template file can be downloaded from the conference webpage.
Visa information: Citizens of many countries do not need an entrance visa for Georgia (citizens of EU countries, USA, Japan, Israel, Turkey, Iran, Canada, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, etc).

Travel information: Batumi can be reached from Tbilisi (daily flights in summer), from Istanbul, and also from some other cities of Europe. The Batumi airport is very close to the city. You can also use the Kutaisi international airport (150 km to Batumi with a comfortable bus). To and from Kutaisi, Budget flights by Wizz Air and RYANAIR from many Europe cities are available. Batumi is about 350 km west from Tbilisi, about 5 hours by train or bus.
Accommodation: Accommodation should be arranged directly with appropriate hotels.
