The XII International Conference of the Georgian Mathematical Union will take place on August 29 - September 03, 2022, in Batumi, Black Sea resort of Georgia.
The Conference venue: Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (35, Ninoshvili Str., 6010 Batumi, Georgia; webpage: http://www.bsu.edu.ge).
Depending on the global pandemic situation, the conference will be held in a mixed format; however, we hope that at the end of the summer, Covid19 pandemic will over and many scientists will arrive at Batumi to participate in the conference in-person.Conference sections and chairs:

Abstract submission: Please, visit the webpage http://gmu.gtu.ge/Batumi2022/ for registration and submit of LaTeX and PDF files of your abstract before July 15, 2022.
LaTex abstracts should be prepared in English according to the standard template file, which you can download from the conference webpage. Abstracts in different format will not be accepted for publication. Pdf file of abstract should not exceed one page.
Fees for the GMU 2022 Conference:
For Master and PhD Students 40 Euro
For other participants 70 Euro
Ukrainian mathematicians participating in the conference will be exempt from the Conference fee.

Foreign participants will be allowed to pay the conference fee on-site during the registration. In this case, such participants have to inform the Organizing Committee in advance, before July 31, concerning on-site payment. |
Attention: The abstracts of the participants will be published in the “Book of Abstracts” if the scientific committee approves the talks for presentation and the Conference fee is paid.
Visa Information: Visa affair is the easiest part of the travel. Citizens of many countries do not need an entrance visa for Georgia (citizens of EU countries, USA, Japan, Israel, Turkey, Iran, Canada, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, etc.). Citizens of some countries, including citizens of India, Pakistan etc., should apply for a visa in Consulates of Georgia in their own or nearest countries. Travel Information: Batumi can be reached from Tbilisi, from Istanbul and some other cities of Europe. The Batumi airport is very close to the city. Participants can also use the Kutaisi (Kopitnari) International Airport (150 km to Batumi with a comfortable bus). Batumi is about 350 km west from Tbilisi, about 5-6 hours by train / bus.
Accommodation: You can reserve a hotel, for example, through WEB http://www.booking.com/. You can also find a private apartment to rent on the WEB https://www.airbnb.com/.
Weather at the end of August in Batumi is warm and humid. It is an immense pleasure to swim in the sea when the weather is hot.

July 31, 2022 - Deadline for payment of the Conference Fee for those participants who want to include the abstract in the Abstract Book.
